• Confirm your Phase 2 integration wave and date from ZATCA
• Check your ERP can produce compliant XML (UBL 2.1) invoices
• Map mandatory fields, including buyer details and invoice type codes
• Plan cryptographic stamp (CSID) onboarding for each invoicing unit
• Set up clearance for standard (B2B) tax invoices
• Set up reporting within 24 hours for simplified (B2C) invoices
• Test against ZATCA's simulation environment
• Agree how rejected invoices will be corrected and resubmitted
